La participación en las actividades dispuestas por los Casinos implica la decisión del participante de aceptar y acatar voluntariamente la mecánica y condiciones que se describen a continuación y las particulares conforme a la mecánica de cada promoción.
Promociones exclusivas para mayores de 18 años.
A todos los términos y condiciones expuestos en acá se suman los dispuestos por cada Casino para cada promoción sin excepción.
Considerando que en los Casinos hay disponibilidad de varias urnas para atender diferentes sorteos, se entiende que es responsabilidad del cliente depositar las boletas en la urna correspondiente a su sorteo y que de hacerlo en otra distinta, no es responsabilidad del Casino extraerlas, generar nuevas boletas o tener presente al cliente en los sorteos de la urna en la que depositó erradamente sus boletas.
Para el pago del premio, es indispensable presentar el documento de identidad en original. Sólo son válidos cédula de ciudadanía (para ciudadanos colombianos) o cédula de extranjería o pasaporte (para ciudadanos extranjeros). No hay excepción en el cumplimiento de esta condición.
La forma de pago de los premios es definida por el Casino y los mismos no son transferibles, acumulables, negociables, ni canjeables por otro beneficio, ni su valor es reembolsable en dinero.
Cada bono otorgado para el pago de premios se debe jugar conforme a las políticas aplicables para el uso de los mismos.
Si el ganador del sorteo deja de asistir al Casino en las fechas establecidas, bien sea por voluntad propia o como consecuencia de una sanción o veto por parte del Casino, perderá los bonos pendientes de cobro.
En caso de haber motivos fundados en: fuerza mayor, caso fortuito, o hechos de terceros, tales como desastres naturales, guerras, huelgas o disturbios, así como también situaciones que afecten la actividad; o en caso de detectarse un fraude o intento de fraude en perjuicio de los organizadores o los participantes de la misma, EGASA COLOMBIA S.A.S., SÚPER NUEVO MILENIO S.A. e INVERSIONES SÚPER ROYAL CARIBE, según corresponda de acuerdo al Casino en el que se ejecute la actividad, podrán modificar en todo o en parte las actividades, así como suspenderlas temporal o permanentemente sin asumir ninguna responsabilidad al respecto. En estos casos, el fundamento de las medidas que se adopten, así como las pruebas que demuestren la existencia de la causa invocada por los organizadores estarán a disposición de cualquier interesado.

The participation in the activities arranged by the Casinos implies the participant’s decision to accept and voluntarily abide by the mechanics and conditions described below and the particular conditions according to the mechanics of each promotion.
Exclusive promotions for persons over 18 years of age.
In addition to all the terms and conditions set forth herein, there are those set forth by each Casino for each promotion without exception.
Considering that in the Casinos there are several ballot boxes available for different draws, it is understood that it is the client’s responsibility to deposit the ballots in the ballot box corresponding to his/her draw and that if he/she does it in a different one, it is not the Casino’s responsibility to extract them, generate new ballots or have the client present in the draws of the ballot box in which he/she mistakenly deposited his/her ballots.
For the payment of the prize, it is indispensable to present the original identity document. Only citizenship card (for Colombian citizens) or foreigner’s card or passport (for foreign citizens) are valid. There is no exception in the fulfillment of this condition.
The form of payment of the prizes is defined by the Casino and they are not transferable, accumulative, negotiable, or exchangeable for another benefit, nor their value is refundable in money.
Each bonus awarded for the payment of prizes must be played in accordance with the applicable policies for the use of the same.
If the winner of the draw does not attend the Casino on the established dates, either by his/her own will or as a consequence of a sanction or veto by the Casino, he/she will lose the pending bonuses.
In case there are reasons based on: force majeure, fortuitous case, or third party events, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes or disturbances, as well as situations that affect the activity; or in case of detecting fraud or attempted fraud to the detriment of the organizers or the participants of the same, EGASA COLOMBIA S.A.S. will forfeit the bonuses, SÚPER NUEVO MILENIO S.A. and INVERSIONES SÚPER ROYAL CARIBE, as appropriate according to the Casino in which the activity is carried out, may modify all or part of the activities, as well as suspend them temporarily or permanently without assuming any responsibility in this regard. In these cases, the basis of the measures adopted, as well as the evidence that proves the existence of the cause invoked by the organizers will be available to any interested party.
